The hope is to keep the family posted on one another's activities. From Canada to Washington to Oregon and down to California, all of our "bannerdays" will be connected by picture and by word.

EASTER SUNDAY 2008
This is the earliest Easter in the last 100 years or so. When's the next time it will be this early? We're not
sure, but we won't be here. In the meantime, here's the Easter morning table (with ALL HANDS ON DECK; in other words, our Family Tablecloth)
MUMM'S EASTER EGG HUNT---BABI AND PAPA'S VERSION
Nico hid silver and gold eggs, a separate category in the egg hunt. Clare saw the silver egg high in a tree, and Sam knocked it down with a stick --- so they both claimed victory. Andreas found the gold egg after a hard-won battle.
Francisco and Mariana, the Girls at the lake, Celeste and her Easter Egg cakes
Nico waded into Westlake Pond--braving gunk, fish hooks and squishies--to rescue our soccer ball. (Aunt Lydia was ready to call the paramedics) He got it! Yay!
CHRIST IS RISEN!
HE IS RISEN INDEED!
